If you are sure that you are logged in with the correct Facebook account and have the Admin rights to the page you are trying to connect, but the notification never showed up or didn’t take you to the place where you can approve the request, please, try doing the following:

Go to Page Roles to find a notification

  1. Open your Facebook page and click Settings in the top right corner.
  2. On the screen that will appear, find Page Roles in the list on the left and click on it.
  3. You will see the list of those who have access to your page. Find RetargetApp on the list and click “Respond to Request”.
  4. Once you have granted us a role of Page advertiser, click “Save”.

Note: if you are setting up a campaign on a mobile device, please, use this link to open a desktop version of Facebook in your mobile browser in order to be able to find a notification.

Now you are all done and can proceed with the app installation! Hooray😀

If this doesn’t seem to work, please, contact Support by clicking on the blue circle in the bottom right corner of the page — don’t forget to include the link to the page you would like to connect.
