If you are running a campaign with RetargetApp and see a notification that the ad account was disabled, it means that, after a careful review, Facebook decided that the ad you are running doesn't comply with the Facebook Advertising Policy. If you see this notification, please, do the following:
- Don’t panic. Most likely, your problem can be fixed.
- Check if your website main page, products and Facebook page are all compliant with Facebook Advertising Policy. Review all the recent changes you’ve made to your website, including new products, new landing page elements and even recent posts you’ve made on your Facebook business page. - Message us by clicking on a green circle in the bottom right corner of the page — we will do our best to sort everything out.
