Excluding a product means preventing this product from showing up in the ads powered by RetargetApp. If the user views the excluded product, he/she will not see it in any retargeting ads after leaving the website.

In order to exclude a product, message Support with the URL(s) of the product(s) you’d like to exclude. If you would like to exclude the whole collection, please, include the collection URL into the message.

You have to exclude all products that do not comply with Facebook Advertising policies (e.g. weapons and ammunition, tobacco and smoking paraphernalia, illegal products and services etc.).

You don’t need to exclude products which were deleted from your store, are hidden or tagged “Wholesale” — these products are excluded automatically.
